Purchasing Procedure

  Please bring your "selling item(s)" and your "Identification Document" along when coming to our store. You will be required to fill out the application form and we will give you a call once we are done assessing your items.

  • Once the number of items received exceeds the daily processing capacity, purchase will be halted prior to the usual selling counter operating hours. Please check our Instagram stories for timely updates on the selling counter operating hours.
  • Due to the high volume of purchase, and to avoid unexpectedly long waiting times, we strongly recommend that customers call the store before heading over.

  Once the appraisal is complete, we will contact you by phone to come back to the store to check the quotation. The amount cannot be disclosed over the phone, and customers must return on the same day as quotations are only valid on the same day.

  If you are satisfied with the assessment, please show your own "Identification Document" and fill up the Sales and Purchase Agreement form. We will pay cash on the spot.

• We will evaluate each item one by one, so it may take times to estimate.
• As the price varies depending on the condition of the item, we are not allowed to answer any purchase price by phone. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but please bring your item(s) to a nearby store.
• Please refrain from contacting us by phone or e-mail about the purchase price.

Identification Document

Valid Identification Document

• It is valid only for the original copy within the expiration date with the applicant's name, current address, and date of birth.
• Customers under 18 years of age, including high school students, are required to be accompanied by their guardian and apply using their guardian's identification documents.
• Holders of Short Term Visit Passes or tourists are not permitted to sell items to our store.
• All Immigration Pass holders are required to present both their Immigration Pass and Passport during the selling process.
