Return/Refund Policy
This policy applies to all over-the-counter (OTC) sales of goods at our retail stores in Singapore.
This policy does not affect customer's rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or any other applicable law.
1. No Return or Refund for Change of Mind
- 1.1 All OTC sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect choice of product upon purchase.
2. Inspection Before Purchase
- 2.1 All customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the item carefully before completing the purchase.
- 2.2 Once the transaction is completed and the item leaves the counter, return requests based on buyer's remorse will not be entertained.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product purchased has visible defects, quality issues, or is not the item selected at purchase, notify a staff member immediately at point of sale.
Normal wear and tear or minor imperfections consistnet with secondhand goods will not be considered defects. - 3.2 Any such issues must be reported before leaving the store premises so we can assess and resolve them on the spot.
4. Return/Refund Eligibility
- 4.1 Requests for return or refund will only be considered for material defects that were not detected and not reasonably observable at the point of purchase, or where an incorrect item was delivered.
- 4.2 Defects that were visibly apparent, disclosed by staff, or reasonably detected upon inspection at the time of purchase shall not qualify for a return or refund.
- 4.3 Any claim for material defects must be made within 3 days of purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

The returned item must be:
- In the same condition at the time of sale
- Unaltered, unused and not further damaged
- With all original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied with original receipt - 4.5 All claims are subjected to our review and final approval.

Watches
If a watch is confirmed to be functioning at the time of purchase but ceases to function on the same day, customers may submit a refund claim on the same day of purchase only, not withstanding clause 4.3.
Except for the above, watches are sold on an "as-is" basis, and we do not provide any guarantee or warranty in respect of watch batteries, general mechanical issues, timekeeping accuracy, water resistance or mehcanical defects.
5. Refund Process (if approved)

If a refund is approved,
(a) Refunds requested on the same day of purchase will be processed via the original payment method; and
(b) Refunds requested after the day of purchase will be processed in cash.
6. Authenticity Guarantee
- 6.1 All items in our store go through an internal authentication process prior to being made available for sale.
- 6.2 We strive to ensure all branded goods are authentic.
7. If an Item is Proven to be Counterfeit

If a purchased item is officially determined to be counterfeit, the customer is entitled to a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
(a) The customer must provide a written authenticity report.
(b) Claim must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
(c) The item must be returned in accordane with clause 4.4.
- 7.2 Management reserves the right to make the final decision on authenticity assessment.
